SUICIDE

Suicide is a serious thing. Many people feel as though they have no one to turn to. Almost all the time there is someone who cares about them more than they will ever know. These are the people that are most affected when someone kills themselves. I know this from experience. I have known a few people who have killed themselves. I have also had some suicidal thoughts of my own, and I have even cut myself intentionally, just to make the emotional pain go away. I know how it feels when it seems there's no one to talk to. I have found it easier to talk to strangers about my problems than someone I know. I have found comfort by e-mailing to jo@samaritans.org They are a big group of people in the UK who read about your problems and reply with an uplifting answer. It is not the same person that reads your e-mail all the time, but that doesn't keep it from helping.
